According to iSpot, YTD national TV spend of $433,038 has targeted college sports programs (female skew - see targeting right). Spend has slightly dropped from $663,110 in the same 2018 timeframe; full 2018 spend increased to $1.1 million from $1 million in 2017.
Adbeat doesn't report any digital display ad spend, at least from the past two years. The University may well return to this channel under new leadership.
Keep in mind that UF wants to target potential students, so it will want to reach Gen-Z, with likely spend spikes in Q4 and Q2, ahead of new semesters. Per Kantar, it also uses OOH and print.
