Polestar Automotive was established in 2017 as a stand-alone, premium, electric vehicle manufacturer. They’re headquartered in Gothenburg, Sweden, and have vehicles in markets across Europe, North America, China, and Asia Pacific; by 2023, the company plans to be present in 30 global markets. They’ve produced two electric performance cars: Polestar 1 and Polestar 2. Polestar 3 is forthcoming.
