In October 2015, Ronny Shmoel acquired the Circuit City brand and other trademarks from Systemax and formed Circuit City Corporation. Originally known as Wards Company in 1949, Circuit City is the nations market leader in consumer electronics sales and service. Circuit City filed for bankruptcy in November 2009, and closed all stores.
