J & J Distributing Company was founded in 1967 and has been a leading supplier of leisure products ever since. Our founder William Watson began our company as a vending machine distributor located near downtown Cincinnati. By 1969, J & J Distributing Company saw a demand for a reliable local swimming pool and billiards table distributor. William Watson promptly integrated these items into our product offering and we soon became the city's largest supplier of swimming pools. We have consistently sought to understand and cater to the needs of our customers, always expanding our product offering as customer needs evolve. Over time, our stores have spread across country, even online, and we have changed our name to Family Leisure to better communicate the familiar, caring, and relaxing atmosphere that we cherish.Since 1967, Family Leisure has expanded to house store locations in Indianapolis, Birmingham, Nashville, San Antonio, Kansas City, Minneapolis, Little Rock, Oklahoma City and Memphis. We have made our products available to the entire continental U.S. through our eCommerce site, FamilyLeisure.com.
