MN's Metropolitan Council seeks MTPD community outreach assistance

Scope of Work: The Metropolitan Council is soliciting proposals for MTPD Community Outreach. In this Request for Proposals (RFP), the Metropolitan Council (Council) is soliciting proposals for the following services: Assisting the Metro Transit Police Department Outreach Department (MTPDOD) with community outreach capabilities, reducing the calls for service in transit areas, providing resources for de-escalation techniques and promoting positive impact to the transit system and its riders through engaging and educating the public regarding our transit systems code of conduct and laws.
