Scope of Work: Metropolitan Water District of Southern California requires the services of Consultant(s) to place advertisements on multiple platforms and in multiple languages to promote water conservation among Southern California residents and businesses. Metropolitan anticipates awarding a three (3) year contract with an annual value not-to-exceed $10,500,000.
