Scope of Work: The City of Carson (“City”) Innovation, Sustainability, and Performance Management (“ISPM”) is inviting written responses to this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is seeking to partner with a distinguished and qualified video production company to create an engaging video of the Mayor’s speech for the upcoming State of the City event planned for March of 2024.
