City of Santa Ana, CA issues event management RFP for Juneteenth Event 2024

Due Date: December 5, 2023; questions due November 21

Scope of Work: The City of Santa Ana (City) is seeking proposals from qualified firms and organizations (Proposers) to provide event planning services, coordination and implementation for a Juneteenth Celebration Event to take place in June 2024 with a not-to-exceed $40,000 budget. This event may include vendors, performers and other entertainment that is pertinent to the celebration of Juneteenth. The City wishes to include an educational element to 2024’s celebration.
