PA's Luzerne County issues RFP for mental health creative, media services

Scope of Work: Creative and media services includes the creation, development, production, and placement of television and radio spots, news articles, in-home mailings, billboards, brochures, and/or general media coverage on specific agency programs, campaigns, and events to include any other creative and media needs of Luzerne-Wyoming Counties Mental Health and Developmental Services and its programs.
