Scope of Work: The New York State Dept. of Agriculture & Markets is seeking qualified bidders to submit proposals to design & implement a comprehensive marketing & advertising campaign to promote over 50 county & local fairs throughout the State. The purpose is to develop a multi-faceted marketing campaign that will educate the general public, gain consumer attention & help increase attendance.
