NY's Monroe County Office of the Sheriff issues RFP for digital advertising

Scope of Work: Monroe County (“the County”) on behalf of the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office (“MCSO”) is soliciting proposals for digital advertising for the recruitment unit. The MCSO Recruitment Unit is seeking out a digital advertising package to entail the following specifications:

• Annual and renewable contract for recruitment marketing purposes
• Fifty-five (55) thirty-second television commercials per month, with 50% in prime/peak times
• Sixty (60) thirty-second commercials per month with 65% falling in prime/peak times
• 175,000 banner ads per month for social media websites to include:
  • Facebook
  • Instagram
  • YouTube
  • Pinterest
  • LinkedIn
  • Indeed.com
• Television production credit per month (up to 5 hours per month based on needs)
• Digital production credit per month (up to 5 hours per month based on needs)
• Ability to use any unsold inventory at priority
• Ability to modify advertisements during dates and times throughout the contractual period
• Ability to send out advertisements to surrounding counties within New York State, along with other states as well
