Empire State Development issues RFQ for economic development marketing program
Due Date: June 7, 2023; questions due May 22 (we are aware the turnaround here is tight, but wanted to keep you in the know)
Scope of Work: New York State - Empire State Development (ESD) - is seeking a firm to handle its up to $50 million annual marketing budget for programs related to economic development which includes business attraction, retention and expansion, and tourism promotion.
