Scope of Work: The City of Litchfield Park is seeking qualified firms/individuals to be considered for marketing services for the Litchfield Square development project, consisting of approximately 30 acres of mixed-use land in the heart of the city. The selected firm/individual shall be knowledgeable in all areas of marketing mixed-use developments in large metropolitan areas. Extensive knowledge of marketing and marketing analysis of retail, office, entertainment, and luxury residential uses is required.
