Scope of Work: Colorado State University (CSU) is seeking an experienced full-service advertising agency for the development and implementation of an integrated brand campaign that will showcase the breadth of the institution’s offerings. This agency partner will create a repositioning for CSU in the higher education space that is unique, unprecedented, and memorable.
