CA's Bay Area Air Quality Mgmt District issues RFP for advertising, comms services for Spare the Air campaign

Scope of Work: The Bay Area Air Quality Management District (“Air District”) seeks proposals from qualified, experienced consultants or contractors in the field of Advertising, Communications, and Survey Research to assist the Air District with its Spare the Air campaigns.
