Los Angeles County DHS issues RFP for comms, marketing services
Due Date: September 30, 2020; questions due September 22 (RFP was released on September 18, so the turnaround time is tight)
Scope of Work: The County of Los Angeles (County) Department of Health Services (DHS) and departments with related projects are seeking to enter into a Work Order or Work Orders with one or more qualified firms (Vendors) who can provide a full range of communications and marketing services for the following categories:
- Category 1 – Strategic Communications: Vendor will develop and implement a media strategy plan, overall marketing and strategic communications plan, and perform tasks necessary for public relations support, both before and during a media crisis; and/or
- Category 2 – Community Awareness and Engagement Campaigns: Vendor will deliver a culturally, linguistically, and literacy appropriate community awareness and engagement campaign through a coordinated network of County entities, community-based partners, ethnic media, and other trusted partners around health disparities including but not limited to those related Coronavirus (COVID-19).
