Score 67 - On the Brink: Early education school MUSE Global taps marketing director, CEO, first PR AOR

Orange Orchard, its first PR AOR.

I assume Orange Orchard's work began immediately, so interested sellers should reach out immediately. MUSE targets potential franchisees and will likely target parents of young children once it expands its school count. Early education enrollment occurs in January and February, so spend will likely spike in Q4 to get on parents' radars.

There is no spend data for MUSE Global as it relies primarily on social media marketing. As it expands, it should start to use some local marketing like out-of-home and print. Note that Orange Orchard specializes in blogs, content creation, brand promotions, experiential and social media.

I would also expect spend to increase since MUSE recently brought on Amy Martinson as director of marketing and communications (July). She previously served as director of marketing and operations at Boss Media Empire. The majority of her experience lies in digital and social.

In addition, MUSE promoted Jeff King to CEO, effective July. He was previously head of MUSE School, and prior to that, served as the founder/owner of Next Element.

Agency & martech readers -- since reviews tend to follow one another and there are new personnel to affect relationships, those of you with early education experience should reach out. It will likely be on a smaller scale, like digital, social or project-based.
