Furniture retailer responsible for consumer media relations for both in-store and eCommerce, storytelling and communications. Marketing VP Adam Goldberg said millennials are a growing segment of its customer base, and that Diffusion will help to reach that audience. 

According to Adbeat's estimates, out of the $8m R&F spent on digital display ads since August 2018, it only spent 12% ($960k) in this channel after August 2019. It placed 85% of these as video ads through YouTube onto youtube.com. It placed 15% of these ads programmatically through TribalFusion onto sites such as pof.com, spanishdict.com, prizegrab.com, mail.com and match.com. 

Sellers-- R&F mainly advertises through digital channels, but it decreased spend heavily over the last year. This is most likely a response to coronavirus, as many companies have had to roll back marketing spend. It also invests in local print ads, per Kantar. In addition to its plans to emphasize targeting millennials more, it is looking to form influencer partnerships. If R&F begins working with influencers frequently digital spend may remain low.
