Momvertising Media Opps Update: A2 Milk launches first national TV spot
Update: When we last reported on Australian milk brand A2, we told you they had expansion plans, including new markets and retail partners (below). It turns out those expansion plans also included the brand's first US national TV spot, "Not Lactose Intolerant." It is a part of the brand's "Love Milk Again" campaign.
iSpot reports the new spot has cost $3.4 million since it began airing 3/12. It is airing on female-oriented programming (see show targeting right).
Pathmatics reports a YTD digital spend of $800. Almost all of the ads were mobile display, and they were placed through Google AdSense onto nytimes.com, yahoo.com and news.yahoo.com.

Australian milk brand " campaign is set to keep running and will likely expand to these new markets.
Sellers - those with high engagement rates among moms with young kids should have an edge securing revenue. Remember, the "Love Milk Again" campaign includes TV, digital and a mobile tour (sponsorship and experiential). Last year, Havas Formula.
On the display front, Pathmatics reports that A2 spent $84,200 on display ads last year, which was down $180,100 from 2016. Ads were placed primarily direct (92%), and top ad destinations were medicinenet.com, webmd.com, 9news.com, sheknows.com and cheezburger.com.
