Campaign Imminent: Iron Mountain taps AOR to lead digital transformation


Data storage provider Centerline Digital as its global AOR. The agency will lead IM's upcoming digital transformation before supporting the rest of its initiatives for the next two years. Centerline's current additional partners include IBM, Lowe's, GE, Spectrum and SAS. According to IM's recent Q2 earnings call, the company is "about to start marketing."

IM recently partnered with RPD Energy (here).

In June, the company hired product marketing VP Tim Kounadis. Previously a project management member at Amazon Web Services, Kounadis brought additional marketing leadership experience from companies such as Agfa HealthCare, IBM and Hyperwave AG.

Within the past year, Adbeat reports that IM has spent $256,900 on digital display ads placed primarily through Google (96%) onto site destinations including webopedia.com, bizapedia.com, codeguru.com, techtarget.com and htmlgoodies.com. The company's spend over the past 24 months has totaled $325,400.

Since IM hasn't established a top spending period, sellers should reach out throughout the year to secure ad revenue. Per Kantar, the company typically invests in digital and print media. Its target demographic largely consists of business decision makers.
