Score 77: Account in Jeopardy - UPS taps first CMO
UPS has appointed Kevin Warren as its first CMO, effective this month. Formerly the EVP and chief commercial officer for Xerox, Warren will lead all marketing, including product development, pricing, customer loyalty, industry segments, customer communications, and public relations. In a recent Q1 earnings call, CEO David Abney mentioned the company's e-Commerce business is quickly growing, describing it as "difficult to match because of the density and our diverse customer base."
