Campaign Imminent: Wynk taps creative, media AORs (Score 75)

Wynk, a relatively new spiked cannabis seltzer brand, named Mischief as creative AOR and No Fixed Address as media AOR. The agencies' first work for Wynk will reportedly launch later this year, so sellers should get in touch soon to secure ad dollars.

This assignment comes alongside a reinvigorated effort to get Wynk a larger share of the booming cannabis beverage sector, poised to be worth $1b in US sales by 2025, per Brightfield Group research. 

The review also concludes just months after Andrew Merle joined Wynk as its first-ever CMO in February 2022. Merle joined from New Balance, where he was the director of NA brand and consumer marketing.

Wynk's cannabis-infused seltzer is currently available in NM, MI, AR, AZ, ME, MA, MO, OK and OH. Since the company probably primarily advertises locally in these states, I've tagged each relevant region in this article. Many similar brands have generated buzz among Gen-Z and millennials, so Wynk will probably seek to do the same.
