Truman State Univ, MO issues international digital marketing campaign RFP

Scope of Work: Truman State University is soliciting proposals from experienced independent firms to provide international market research to identify countries where digital marketing is likely to yield the strongest international student enrollment returns for Truman and then to execute an effective digital marketing campaign focused on two or three of those top markets.
