Gen-Z, Millennial Female Media Opps: Uqora searches for a digital marketing manager, increases ad spend

Urinary heal and biotechnology company, Uqora, has been increasing its advertising investment considerably over the last year. It has added dollars to both digital display and national TV, but it seems to be more focused on digital channels as Uqora is also searching for a digital marketing manager. Uqora's products are available online through its eCommerce platform here

Per Pathmatics, earned 137.8m impressions through Facebook ads (67%), Instagram ads (31%) and desktop display ads (2%). It placed 98% of these ads site direct onto sites such as facebook.com, instagram.com, pandora.com, radioa.com and player.radio.com. It placed 2% of these ads indirectly through Criteo onto sites such as prizegrab.com, reddit.com, yahoo.com, finance.yahoo.com and travelchannel.com. It spend $1m in this channel over the last 365 days, a significant increase from $196.8k spent over the 365 days prior. 

Magellan reports Uqora placed around 15 podcast ads over the last year. 

According to iSpot's estimates, Uqora spent around $635.5k on national TV ads YTD, a slight 13% decrease from $715.3k spent during the same time period of 2019. Full-year spend equaled $715.3k. It did not air any ads in this channel in 2018. This year, it placed ads during programming such as "BabyFirst After Hours," "Developmental Programs for Baby," "All In," "BabyFirst Favorite" and "Art & Music."

Sellers-- Uqora mainly targets Gen-Z and millennial women (moms) through digital display and national TV ads. It has been boosting spend in both channels, especially digital, which it increased by nearly $1m. I predict this tend to continue considering it is searching for a digital marketing manager. Sellers should reach out soon offering relevant ad space to secure some of these extra ad dollars.
