Gillian joins Tecovas from On, where she was the head of NA marketing. I advise readers to watch this company closely because these hires will affect its marketing budget and could lead to agency appointments.

According to Pathmatics, Tecovas earned 774.1m impressions YTD through desktop display ads (61%), Facebook ads (20%), mobile display ads (11%), desktop video ads (5%) and Instagram ads (4%). It placed the majority (66%) of these ads through multiple indirect channels onto sites such as yahoo.com, newsmax.com, drudgereport.com, ksl.com and accuweather.com. It placed the remainder (34%) of these ads directly onto sites such as facebook.com, instagram.com, msn.com, yahoo.com and last.fm. It spent approximately $3.2m on digital display ads YTD, a considerable increase from $1.3m spent in this channel during the same time period of 2021. Full-year spend decreased by 28% from $4m in 2020 to $2.9m in 2021. 

Per iSpot, Tecovas spent around $1.3m on national TV ads YTD, an increase compared to $1.2m spent in this channel during the same time period of 2021. Full-year spend decreased by 26% from $5m in 2020 to $3.7m in 2021. This year, it placed ads during programming such as Yellowstone, Law & Order, Dateline, Deadly Motives and The Andy Griffith Show
