Helen of Troy is reportedly attempting to bolster its presence in the outdoor field. Its only other brand in the outdoor category is Hydro Flask. The deal will reportedly be finalized before the end of 2021. 

According to Pathmatics, OP earned 537.8k impressions YTD through desktop display ads (63%), mobile display ads (31%) and Facebook ads (6%). It placed the majority (63%) of these ads indirectly through Google AdX+AdSense onto yahoo.com and news.yahoo.com. It placed the remainder (37%) site direct onto hypebeast.com and facebook.com. It spent around $1.8k on digital display ads YTD, up from $600 spent in this channel during the same time period of 2020. Full-year spend plummeted from $79.7k in 2019 to $600 in 2020. 

Sellers-- OP's hiking backpacks most likely appeal to Gen-Z and millennial adventure seekers. It currently allocates the majority of its ad dollars towards digital display ads. OP has significantly lowered ad spend since the beginning of the pandemic. However, I expect the brand will increase ad spend now that is owned by a bigger company. Sellers should reach out to see what types of ad space you may be able to provide.
